Returns policy

We strive our best to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply return/exchange the product within 15 days of delivery.

To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your MiraShop account. You can also Call our customer Care Team on (+91)8898980606 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at support@mirashop.in.

Return process:

Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at our site by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at MiraShop
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

Points to remember for Returns:

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at support@mirashop.in
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to MiraShop. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Non-returnable categories:

Following product categories fall under “No Return/Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

How do you return?

    • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Available Refund options:
The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • A Coupon Code of the refund value in your MiraShop account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at MiraShop.

Terms & Conditions

This Return Policy applies to all items (with the exception of lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, beauty, socks and free items) purchased directly from our website. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website for the latest policy.

Shipping Policy

We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Since our products are international brands most of them are shipped from China. It might take 3 to 4 weeks to deliver the product.
  • Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Non-Refundable charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 500/-
  • The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Cancellation Policy

MiraShop reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy

  • Presently we don’t offer cash on delivery

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

  • Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
  • Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
  • MiraShop reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
  • Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at MiraShop. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
  • Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion MiraShop.
